The sale of beer and wine on residentially zoned property in the City of Cleburne is hereby prohibited, in accordance with Tex. Alcoholic Beverage Code § 109.32. Under this section,
RESIDENTIAL AREAS shall mean any property located in the following districts as described in the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the city: A, 1H, SF-1, SF-2, SF-3, SF-4, SF-A, SF-4/MH, D, T, MF, residential PD Districts and MH, and other areas which are not in any of these districts but are being legally used for residential purposes.
