(A) Any person, firm or corporation who violates, disobeys, omits, neglects or refuses to comply with any of the provisions of § 120.04(F) shall be fined not less than $5 nor more than $500 for all violations.
(B) Any person, firm or corporation who violates, disobeys, omits, neglects or refuses to comply with or who resists the enforcement of any of the other provisions of this chapter shall be fined not more than $500 for each offense.
(C) Each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense.
