(A) The corporate seal of the city shall be a circular disc with raised edge and a five-pointed star in the center, the words “City of Cleburne, Johnson County” shall surround the seal, and the letters “T-E-X-A-S” shall be placed between the five points of the star.
(B) The City Clerk shall be the custodian of the corporate seal and when it is affixed to any instrument shall be the evidence of the authenticity of such instrument.
