Every taxicab shall have affixed on both sides and on rear of the cab the name of the owner or the assumed name under which the owner operates, together with the company's telephone number and the cab permit number. All of the lettering mentioned in this section shall not be less than four inches in height and not less than one inch in width and will be of suitable material that will weather the elements; and such lettering must be kept legible at all times.
