§ 115.03 INSPECTION BY POLICE.
   The records specified in § 115.02, as well as any article or thing of value, sold or deposited, shall at all reasonable times be open to the inspection of the Chief of Police, or any member of the police force, and it shall be the duty of every junk dealer to make out and deliver to the Chief of Police or any police officer, upon demand, a legible and correct copy from such records, a correct account and description, in the English language, of the goods and articles or other thing purchased or deposited during the preceding day, or a correct copy of the entries on any date as required by the Chief of Police or police officer, which copy shall give the time, naming the hour, when said purchase or deposit was made and a description of the person by whom made, or from whom purchased.
