§ 115.02 RECORDS TO BE KEPT.
   Every junk dealer doing business or offering to do business within the city shall keep books, and separate blanks, in which shall be fairly and legibly written in ink, at the time each purchase or the deposit of any goods, in pledge or for any purpose, with such dealer, an accurate account and description, in the English language, of the goods or articles or things purchased or deposited; the amount of money paid for same or loaned thereon; and the time of purchase or deposit of same; the name, street and number of residence and nationality of the person selling or depositing the goods, articles or things; and a description of such person, which shall include the approximate size, the age and the sex and color of such person, as well as a description of the clothes worn by such person as near as practicable. No entry made in such books shall be obliterated, erased or defaced.
