(A) The sale of carbon tetrachloride base vaporizing liquid extinguishers is hereby prohibited.
(B) The sale of miniature extinguishers of unknown or questionable value (commonly known as “beer can extinguishers”), which do not bear the seal of approval of Underwriters' Laboratories, Inc., or some other nationally recognized testing laboratory, is prohibited.
