§ 113.05 LICENSE APPLICATION; BOND; FEE.
   (A)   Applications for the license provided for in the preceding section shall be made in writing on a form provided by the city for that purpose and shall be filed with the Fire Marshal.
   (B)   Before a license may be issued to an applicant:
      (1)   The Fire Marshal shall find that the applicant is responsible and qualified to engage in the fire protection business;
      (2)   The applicant shall file with the Fire Marshal a good and sufficient bond, in the amount as provided for below, written by a company authorized to make such bond under the laws of the state, conditioned that such licensee shall well and faithfully perform the required duties and obligations of the fire protection business and conditioned that such licensee shall not violate any provisions of this chapter, such bond to be approved by the City Attorney; and
      (3)   The applicant shall pay an annual licensee fee in the sum as listed in the following schedule:

      (4)   In addition to the above schedule, where more than one type of service is to be performed, each additional service shall require a $1,000 bond and $10 annual license fee.
