§ 112.100 SYSTEM CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULE FOR FRANCHISED MCS PROVIDERS.
   (A)   This section is applicable to any MCS provider required to maintain a franchise to operate with the city.
   (B)   A franchised MCS provider's construction schedule for the multi-channel system shall be detailed in the franchise agreement in a form and format approved by the Council/franchising authority.
   (C)   A franchised MCS provider who does not abide by the system construction schedule shall be handled in the manner allowed under either this chapter, or where applicable, a franchise agreement.
