§ 111.38 NOT ASSIGNABLE; TRANSFER TO NEW LOCATION.
   Permits issued under this subchapter shall be deemed personal to the person to whom issued and shall not be assignable, provided the owner may move his permit from one location to another after the Chief of Police shall have been given five days' notice and shall have approved of such change.
