Nothing in this subchapter shall be construed as authorizing the issuance of a permit under any circumstances for the conduct of any dance hall commonly known as “taxi dance hall,” wherein there are kept and provided female dancing partners for male guests who pay for the privilege of dancing with such female partners, and no permit shall be issued for such a dance hall.
