§ 111.32 APPROVAL OR DISAPPROVAL OF APPLICATION BY CHIEF OF POLICE.
   No permit required by this subchapter shall be issued unless the application therefor has been approved by the Chief of Police. In the event the Chief of Police shall refuse to approve such applications the applicant shall have the right to appeal, within ten days after such refusal, in writing to the City Council requesting a hearing by the Council upon the application, and the Council shall hear same within 30 days thereafter to determine the correctness of the action of the Chief of Police on such application, and whatever action shall be taken by the Council on such appeal shall be final.
