§ 110.039 ACCEPTANCE OF PERMIT; COMPLIANCE.
   By acceptance of a permit authorized to be issued pursuant to this chapter, any ambulance provider expressly stipulates and agrees to be bound by the terms of this chapter and comply with the provisions contained herein.
