§ 96.68 MEMBRANE STRUCTURES.
   It is unlawful for any person, without a permit, to erect, maintain, or permit the use of a membrane structure on any property within the city for a period of more than 72 consecutive hours or as authorized for temporary use in association with a permitted project on the property. Any membrane structure so authorized must be removed immediately upon conclusion of the project. Except for membrane structures erected on an authorized project, membrane structures shall not be erected or maintained on any property within the city exceeding a cumulative time of 21 days within a calendar year. Membrane structures exceeding 400 square feet in area shall comply with the requirements of the International Building Code and International Fire Code. Permanent accessory structures shall comply with Ch. 155 of this code.
