No person, in conjunction with advertising the business of furnishing private funeral escort vehicles, may distribute, present, or give away any cards, handbills, or printed matter of any kind that include the words "police," "official," or "officer." No such advertisement shall state, imply, or represent that the police department, the city, or any other law or regulation requires a funeral escort vehicle to lead a funeral cortege.
