§ 103.008 TRANSFER OF FUNERAL ESCORT PERMIT.
   (A)   A person commits an offense if the person transfers a funeral escort permit to another person.
   (B)   A person commits an offense if the person counterfeits, forges, changes, defaces, or alters a funeral escort permit.
