For all dances that allow alcoholic beverages, a damage fee of $1,000.00 will be charged. For all other events, the Cleburne Conference Center Manager has the discretion to charge a minimum of $250.00 and a maximum of $500.00 if it is determined such activity might cause damage to the facilities.
