§ 101.060 CLASSIFICATION OF FACILITY USES DEFINITIONS.
CLASS I: MEETINGS OR FUND RAISERS
   This class applies to any gathering for the purpose of holding a meeting only, private or professional. It also applies to persons, organizations and associations considered non-commercial when the event to be held is to raise money and when receipts are donated to a charity or community-benefit project for which such function is intended. This can include dances.
CLASS II: BANQUETS OR PARTIES
   This class applies to any gathering for the purpose of holding an activity or meeting with food being prepared or served. This will include banquets, class reunions, family reunions, parties, weddings and receptions.
CLASS III: COMMERCIAL DANCES
   This class applies to any gathering for the purpose of engaging in a dance activity open to the public where an admission fee is charged. This class will include Quinceaneras (15th birthday celebrations).
CLASS IV: COMMERCIAL USES
   This class applies to any gathering other than dances where an admission fee is charged.
CLASS V: CIVIC CLUBS, SCHOOLS, COUNTY, & CHAMBER OF COMMERCE
   This class applies to non-profit organizations whose purpose is for community service. This is for regular meetings of these groups only and these meetings are subject to be moved to another room at any time to accommodate another classification being setup or held.
