§ 101.043 DUTIES OF THE COMMUNITY SERVICES DIRECTOR, CITY MANAGER OR HIS DESIGNEE.
   The Community Services Division Director or the City Manager's designee shall have the authority to make, from time to time, such reasonable rules and regulations as are necessary to manage, preserve and govern the Cleburne Conference Center and the senior citizens center property, buildings and activities, and to exempt reserving parties of these facilities from certain requirements of this chapter if he deems it in the best interest of the city.
