§ 101.041 RESERVATION PROCEDURE.
   (A)   An executed reservation contract is required to guarantee a reservation.
   (B)   Only persons twenty-one (21) years of age or older can reserve the Cleburne Conference Center or the senior citizens center.
   (C)   The rental period is outlined in the Fee Schedule Section. Extended hours for cleanup may be arranged in advance with the Cleburne Conference Center Manager, if the facility is available during the time requested.
   (D)   A person seeking issuance of a reservation to conduct an activity or event in these facilities shall file an application with the Cleburne Conference Center Manager. The application shall state:
      (1)   The name, mailing address and telephone number of the person and/or organization and its officers applying for the permit.
      (2)   If the use or activity is to be conducted for, on behalf of or by any person other than the applicant, then state their name, mailing address and telephone number.
      (3)   The exact nature of the use, event or activity for which the reservation is being sought.
      (4)   The day and hours for which the reservation is desired.
      (5)   The room or recreational area desired to be reserved.
      (6)   An estimate of the anticipated attendance.
      (7)   Any other information that the Cleburne Conference Center Manager may deem reasonably necessary in order to determine whether to issue a reservation.
   (E)   Applications for reservations shall be filed with the Conference Center Manager no more than 365 days before the date of the activity, event or use.
