There shall be a department of city government to be known as the Cleburne Conference Center Department. This department shall consist of the Cleburne Conference Center. This department shall be under the immediate supervision of the Cleburne Conference Center Manager or the City Manager’s designee. This department shall be a part of the City Manager’s Administration and as such is under the supervision and control of the City Manager or his designee. Community Services Director has oversight of the Senior Citizens Center and its operations.
