§ 91.065 EXIGENT CIRCUMSTANCES.
   If upon investigation, an animal services officer believes that exigent circumstances exist and the animal services officer cannot locate the owner on the premises, the animal control officer may enter the premises where the animal is located, other than an occupied building, and without a warrant and in a reasonable manner, impound the animal.
