§ 99.27 LINES AND GRADES.

The City Engineer shall furnish information and set stakes establishing lines and grades for the construction, reconstruction or repair of any improvement covered by this subchapter, within four working days after a permit has been granted for such construction, and all such construction shall be in accord with such lines and grades.
