§ 99.08 DISPLAY OF GOODS, WARES AND MERCHANDISE ON SIDEWALKS.
   It shall be unlawful for any merchant, trader, broker, or other person to use more than one-third of any sidewalk within the jurisdiction of the city for the display of goods, wares, or merchandise, provided such merchant, trader, broker, or other person shall remove all merchandise from such sidewalk each night.
