§ 99.04 INTERFERING WITH STREET IMPROVEMENT WORK.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to hinder or obstruct the making or repairing of any sidewalk, crosswalk or pavement which is being made under authority of the City Council or to hinder or obstruct any person employed to make or repair any public improvement ordered by the City Council.
