§ 98.080 BOATS — INSPECTION AND APPROVAL OR DISAPPROVAL.
   It shall be the duty of the City Manager or his authorized representatives to inspect all boats and other craft before the same are permitted to be placed on Lake Pat Cleburne, and to issue to the owner or person in charge thereof a certificate of approval or disapproval. If for any reason such officer should be of the opinion that any boat or other craft is unsafe and unworthy or dangerous to life, a certificate of disapproval shall be issued which fully states the reasons for such disapproval, and the owner of or person in charge of such boat or other craft shall have the right to submit such matter to the City Council, whose decision shall in all cases be final.
