§ 98.046 DEFINITIONS.

   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.

   LAKE. Lake Pat Cleburne, as named in § 98.001.

   LAKE PAT CLEBURNE RESERVOIR AREA or RESERVOIR AREA. That area bounded by the Lake Pat Cleburne Dam and the contour line of elevation 743 feet above mean sea level, lying upstream from such dam.
