§ 98.015 CREATED; COMPOSITION; APPOINTMENT OF MEMBERS.
   (A)   There is created a Park and Recreation Board for the city. The Board shall be composed of seven members who shall be appointed by the City Council.
   (B)   The City Manager shall serve as an ex officio member of the Park and Recreation Board.
