All property, lots and blocks included within the boundary lines hereinafter set forth shall make and constitute the fire limits of the city:
Beginning at the point in the center of South Mill Street where the same intersects the center of West Chambers Street; thence south with the center of South Mill Street to the center of West Harrell Street; thence east with the center of West Harrell Street and East Harrell Street to the center of South Anglin Street; thence south with the center of South Anglin Street to the center of East Shaffer Street; thence east with the center of East Shaffer Street to the center of South Robinson Street; thence north with the center of South Robinson Street to the center of East James Street; thence east with the center of East James Street to the center of South Wilhite Street; thence north with the center of South Wilhite Street to the center of East Chambers Street; thence east with the center of East Chambers Street to the center of South Border Street; thence north with the center of South Border Street and North Border Street to the center of East Wardville Street; thence west with the center of East Wardville Street to the center of North Caddo Street; thence north with the center of North Caddo Street to the center of East Brown Street; thence west with the center of East Brown Street to the center North main Street; thence north with the center of North Main Street to the center of West Willingham Street; thence west with the center of West Willingham Street to the center of West Buffalo Creek; thence southwest with the center of West Buffalo Creek to the center of North Buffalo Street; thence south with the center of North Buffalo Street to the center of West Henderson Street; thence east with the center of West Henderson Street to the center of North Hillsboro Street; thence south with the center of North Hillsboro Street to the center of West Chambers Street; thence east with the center of West Chambers Street to the center of Mill Street, the place of beginning.
