§ 92.24 MERCHANDISING, ADVERTISING AND SIGNS.
   (A)   Expose or offer for sale or hire any article, thing or service, nor station or place any stand, cart or vehicle for the transportation, sale or display of any article, thing or service unless permission has been obtained from the Community Services Division Director or designee.
   (B)   Announce, advertise or call the public's attention in any way to any article, thing or service for sale or hire unless done pursuant to permission obtained from the Community Services Division Director or designee.
   (C)   Paste, glue, tack, or otherwise place any sign, placard, advertisement or inscription on any cemetery property or erect, or cause to be erected, any sign on any city owned or controlled property in or adjacent to any cemetery unless done pursuant to permission obtained from the Community Services Division Director or designee.
