§ 92.10 DISCHARGING FIREARMS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to discharge any gun, pistol, air gun or firearm of any kind within or across any cemetery. Exemption is given to peace officers, city animal control officers and a military guard of honor when in charge of by an officer and during a military service.
