Compliance with rules and regulations of this chapter is a condition of the use of the cemeteries of the city. All police officers shall have the right and power to arrest any person who may violate any of the rules, regulations, orders or requirements of the cemetery ordinance or general law relating to the maintenance or operation of the cemeteries.
