(A) The following charges shall be established for all city-owned and operated cemeteries:

(B) All cemetery fees including grave space cost and interment fees must be paid in full before an interment can be approved by the city.
(C) Pauper interments requests must be accompanied by a Judges Order of Burial. The city reserves the right to select and designate an area of a cemetery to be used for pauper burials. Additionally, the city reserves the right to select the space for burial in the pauper burial area. Any grave markers must be approved in advance of placement within this area. There will be no pauper burials Saturday, Sunday or holidays, or Monday through Friday after 3:00 p.m.
(D) Cemetery space payout agreement.
(1) Persons desiring to purchase grave spaces on an installment plan shall apply to the Cemetery Clerk and complete the appropriate application.
(2) Payout agreement shall have a term not to exceed 24 months.
(3) The calculated monthly charge is due on the first day of the month and shall be delinquent if not paid on or before the tenth day of the month due.
(4) A 10% late fee will be applied to payments made after the tenth day of the month due.
(5) A 6% interest fee will be applied to space price and will be included as a part of the monthly charge.
(6) A down payment of $100 will be required at signing.
(7) Title to space shall be transferred to purchaser upon full payment due on space.
(8) Accounts delinquent for 90 or more days will be considered forfeited and returned to a saleable status. Payments made on these delinquent accounts, prior to delinquency, will not be refunded.
(E) Mausoleum, columbarium, and family lot installment plan agreement.
(1) Persons desiring to purchase a cemetery estate that will include a mausoleum, columbarium, or family lot on an installment plan shall apply at the cemetery office and complete the appropriate application.
(2) Any payout or installment agreement shall have a term not to exceed 24 months.
(3) The calculated monthly charge is due on the first day of the month and shall be delinquent if not paid on or before the tenth day of the month due.
(4) A 10% late fee will be applied to payments made after the tenth day of the month due.
(5) A 6% interest fee will be applied to the estate price and will be included as a part of the monthly charge.
(6) Ten percent of the total cost is required as a down payment at signing.
(7) Title to space shall be transferred to the purchaser upon full payment due on space.
(8) Accounts delinquent for 90 or more days will be considered forfeited and returned to a saleable status. Payments made on these delinquent accounts, prior to delinquency, will not be refunded.
