§ 90.107 ORGANIZATION; ELECTION OF OFFICERS; QUORUM; RULES OF ORDER.
   Immediately after their appointment and confirmation by the City Council, the members of the airport commission shall meet and organize by electing a president, a vice-president, and a secretary. The commission shall, upon organization, proceed to establish such rules and regulations for its government, as in its judgment may be deemed necessary and proper, and the Mayor shall appoint such committees as may be provided for by the acts of the commission. Three members shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business, and the general rules of parliamentary law shall be enforced in all proceedings of the commission.
