Any person aggrieved or any taxpayer affected by a decision of the Board of Adjustment, may appeal to a court of record as provided in Tex. Loc. Gov't Code § 241.041. This same right of appeal is extended to the governing bodies of the City of Cleburne, Texas, and Johnson County, Texas, and to the Cleburne-Johnson County Joint Airport Zoning Board.
