§ 72.10 BUS STOPS.
   (A)   The City Council shall have the right to establish bus stops on such public streets in such places and in such manner as it shall determine to be of greatest benefit and convenience to the public, and every such bus stop so established shall be designated by appropriate signs.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for the operator or driver of any vehicle other than a bus to stand or park in an officially designated bus stop, except that the operator or driver of any passenger vehicle may temporarily stop in a bus stop for the purpose of and while actually engaged in loading or unloading passengers.
