§ 52.022 CATEGORIES OF LAND USE.

   (A)   The city shall categorize each benefitted property based upon the land use made of the property, pursuant to Tex. Local Gov't Code § 402.047.

   (B)   The categories of land use shall include:

      (1)   Residential (property with a single-family household, duplex, or triplex);

      (2)   Multi-family (property with a complex of four or more units); and

      (3)   Commercial (property with a commercial or industrial business).
