§ 51.059 CHARGES TO BE CREDITED TO WATER SEWER SYSTEM FUND.
   Any and all sums of money, hereinafter collected as a fee or connection charge, at the rates set out in this subchapter, shall be credited to the water and sewer system fund of the city.
