§ 51.055 CONTRACT BETWEEN CITY AND PROPERTY OWNER; NO REFUNDS AFTER EXPIRATION OF TWENTY-YEAR PERIOD.
   A contract entered into by any property owner and the city under the provisions of this subchapter shall be effective only for a period of twenty years after the date of the contract. No refunds shall be made by the city to any applicant or contracting party after the twenty-year period has expired.
