§ 50.09 BRUSH/BULK COLLECTION.
   (A)   The city shall provide each owner, occupant, tenant or lessee using and occupying any residence, building, house or structure within the corporate limits of the city, brush and bulk collection of up to ten cubic yards once per month at no cost. This service is subject to the exclusions found in division (C). No construction debris will be collected. Any additional collections can be scheduled by purchasing an out of cycle collection tag and placing it on the bulk items.
   (B)   All brush, shrubs, tree trimmings and cuttings shall be no more than ten feet in length and placed within three feet of the street and six feet from any obstacle on or before the owner’s scheduled collection.
   (C)   Brush collection is limited to residential and non-profit organizations. Professional/commercial tree trimmers must dispose of their brush waste at the city’s transfer station.
   (D)   Bulk and/or brush waste may only be set out between the times of 5:00 p.m. Friday the week before and 7:00 a.m. Monday the week of the owner’s scheduled bulk waste collection.
   (E)   An owner, occupant, tenant or lessee using and occupying any residence is subject to an additional bulk/brush charge for collection of any bulk waste that is placed for collection during a time other than that property’s collection period defined in division (D), during the owner’s regularly scheduled bulk waste collection week. Such charge shall be assessed on the property’s water bill pursuant to the fee schedule adopted by the City Council (§ 50.06(A)(6)). Nothing herein shall prevent the city from also issuing a citation for a violation described herein.
   (F)   An owner, occupant, tenant or lessee using and occupying any residence is subject to an additional bulk/brush fee of $30, as stated in § 50.06(A)(6), for collection of any bulk waste that is placed for collection during a time other than that property’s specified collection period.
