§ 50.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   COMMERCIAL CONTAINER SERVICE CUSTOMER. An owner, occupant, tenant or lessee using or occupying any building or structure which is neither “Residential” “Minor Commercial,” nor “Intermediate Commercial” as defined in this section.
   DRY GARBAGE. Refuse, trash, rubbish such as feathers, coffee grounds, tin cans, paper boxes, glass, ashes, cinders, rocks, old clothes, shoes, broken dishes and utensils, old iron, tin, zinc and all kinds of junk and useless material including bundled tree trimmings, cuttings and shrubs, and excluding grass clippings.
   INTERMEDIATE COMMERCIAL SERVICE.  Any owner, occupant, tenant or lessee using or occupying any building or structure as a place of business that generates more than one and less than two carts not exceeding 96 gallon in size.
   MINOR COMMERCIAL CUSTOMER.  Any owner, occupant, tenant or lessee using and occupying any building or structure as a place of business which generates one or less carts not exceeding 96 gallon in size.
   RESIDENTIAL PICKUP CUSTOMER. Any owner, occupant, tenant or lessee using and occupying any residence, building, house, structure or single-family residence or multi-family dwelling unit up to and including four units, including trailer parks and hotels or motels consisting of no more than four units. Charges shall be based upon the minimum monthly residential charge multiplied by the number of dwelling units in the structure.
   WET GARBAGE. All animal or vegetable matter such as waste materials from kitchens, grocery stores, butcher shops, restaurants, cafes, hotels, rooming and boarding houses, such as scraps of meat, bread, bones, peelings of fruit and vegetables.
