(A) The Cleburne Building Official shall administer the provision of this chapter. The Building Official or the City Manager may delegate duties and powers granted to and imposed upon the Building Official by this chapter.
(B) The Building Official is authorized to:
(1) Request additional submittal materials if he or she deems necessary to determine compliance;
(2) Approve or deny a permit;
(3) Issue a notice of violation if a sign is constructed or being constructed and does not comply with the requirements if this chapter; and/or
(4) Issue a notice of fine if the violation continues or is not remedied within 14 days of the receipt of a notice of violation.
