(A) Any person, firm, or corporation who shall violate any of the provisions of this ordinance or who shall fail to comply with any provision hereof within the corporate limits of the city shall be guilty of a class C misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be subject to a fine not to exceed $1,000, and each day that such violation continues shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable accordingly.

(B) A developer shall give at least 24-hours' notice to the City Engineer of intent to commence actual construction of the community facilities as set forth in § 154.061 so that inspection personnel can be made available. The developer may be fined up to $200 per day each violation for failure to comply with this provision.
