§ 154.105 SINGLE-CUSTOMER CHARGES FOR CITY WATER/SEWER MAIN CONNECTIONS.

   Fees required.

   (A)   A customer connecting on to a public water main with new connections will pay to the city the cost of the water tap and water meter, per connection.

   (B)   A customer connecting on to a public sewer main with new connections will pay to the city the cost of the sewer tap, per connection.

   (C)   Water and sewer impact fees will also apply, per § 158.008.
