(A) The developer shall employ an engineer for preparation of street plans.
(B) Street plan and profiles shall be drawn on 24-inch by 36-inch plan profile paper with a horizontal scale of 40 feet per inch and a vertical scale of four feet per inch. Stationing will usually be from south to north, from west to east, from southwest to northeast and from southeast to northwest. The plan will be on the upper part of the sheet with the profile on the lower part of the sheet. The title will be on the right end of the plan and profile sheet.
(C) (1) The plan will show:
(a) Street property lines;
(b) Lot and block number with subdivision name and lot width abutting street;
(c) Intersecting streets and widths;
(d) Curblines with width of paving (face to face of curb);
(e) Curb returns and valleys;
(f) Arrows showing the direction of water flow;
(g) Centerline stationing with front of curve (PC) and point of tangent (PT) stationing and curve data;
(h) Relation of centerline stationing to intersecting streets; curb inlets arid culverts; and
(i) Other pertinent features needed to show complete work.
(2) The profile will show the existing ground grade line for the centerline and both property lines in free hand lines. All grades will be clearly labeled. The top of curb grade will be shown for both sides of the street with a ruled line. All curblines will be clearly labeled. The elevation of curb streets will be shown and labeled. Elevation and station lines on profile will be clearly marked. Curb grade elevations will be shown for each station and half station.
(D) A plan of the entire section to be developed will show all of the streets to be constructed, the valleys, the stormwater ditches, storm drain systems, culverts and other items to be constructed. This map, at a preferred scale of one inch equals 100 feet, will be based on the approved subdivision plan.
