§ 154.067 SURVEY REQUIREMENTS.
   (A)   A permanent marker (at least five-eighths-inch steel, no less than 18 inches long) shall be set at each property corner, at beginning and ending of each curve, at each angle, and block corner.
   (B)   To prevent permanent steel markers from being destroyed during construction of community facilities within the development, the developer may place markers at boundaries of the subdivision. All internal markers may be placed after construction of community facilities.
   (C)   All surveys will be done by a surveyor.
   (D)   (1)   After the city establishes a monument system based on the Texas Plane Coordinate System, and where the entire platted area is outside the one half-mile radius around the nearest Cleburne monument, the surveyor shall do the following:
         (a)   Install a Cleburne monument on the Second Order Class I as defined by Specifications to Support Classification, Standards of Accuracy, and General Specifications of Geodetic Control Surveys, as published by the Federal Geodetic Control Committee.
         (b)   Provide an iron pipe with a bronze cap for all city required monuments, bearing his name and surveyor's number. The surveyor shall place the pipe and capina concrete post at least 12 inches in diameter. The concrete post shall be at least two feet deep with the cap at ground level.
      (2)   The monument location, description, grid coordinates and elevation based on the USGS datum shall be provided to the City Engineer with the surveyors seal affixed to a letter.
   (E)   All plats subdividing three or more lots shall:
      (1)   Shall show the Texas Plane Coordinates of at least four diagonally opposed corners of the subdivision, with scale and grid factors, monument used and type of station used.
      (2)   Show bearings on the plat based on the Texas Plane Coordinate System.
