§ 154.062 ACCEPTANCE OF COMMUNITY FACILITIES.
   (A)   When the project is complete and all survey monuments are established (if required), the developer shall ask the City Engineer to conduct a final inspection. If all work is completed in accordance with the city's standard specifications, an affidavit of bills paid for all community facilities and “plans of record” drawings by the developer's engineer must be provided to the City Engineer.
   (B)   Upon receipt of those items, the City Engineer will send a letter of acceptance of community facilities to the developer with a copy furnished to the Planning and Zoning Coordinator and the Building Official.
   (C)   Building permits will not be issued prior to the receipt of letter of acceptance from the City Engineer for all community facilities and the recording of the final plat in the Plat Records in the County Clerk's office. Refer to § 154.009 for exceptions.
