§ 154.021 PRE-APPLICATION CONFERENCE.
   At least one week prior to the filing of a preliminary plat, the subdivider shall meet with the Planning and Zoning Coordinator to become familiar with the city’s subdivision and zoning regulations. The subdivider shall submit a sketch plan for purposes of general review and discussion with city staff members. At the meeting, the general character of the development may be discussed, and items may be included concerning zoning, utility service, street requirements and other pertinent factors related to the proposed subdivision. At the preapplication conference, the subdivider may be represented by a land planner, engineer or surveyor.
