Liquid and other wastes from showers, iceboxes, lavatories, toilets, bathtubs, slop sinks and other plumbing fixtures in trailer coaches or cottages shall be emptied into the city sewer system, or in the event the city system is not within 200 feet of the trailer park, such refuse shall be deposited in a private sewer or disposal plant or septic tank system adequate for the purpose, all in accordance with the valid provisions of this code of ordinances or any other applicable ordinance of the city.
