7-5-3: NOTICE OF CIVIL INFRACTION; RESPONSE; PAYMENT; CONTESTING:
   A.   A civil infraction issued pursuant to this chapter shall comply with the notice requirements outlined in section 1-15-3 of this Code, or by personal delivery by the enforcement official or police officer directly to the responsible person.
   B.   A person to whom a notice of civil infraction has been issued shall respond in accordance with section 1-15-4 of this Code.
   C.   A person to whom a notice of civil infraction has been issued may make payment to the City in accordance with section 1-15-4 of this Code.
   D.   A person to whom a notice of civil infraction has been issued may contest the civil infraction in accordance with section 1-15-5 of this Code, and appeal the decision of the Civil Infraction Hearing Examiner's decision in accordance with section 1-15-9 of this Code.
